These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Futureman Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our chatbot and automation services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Futureman Labs offers AI-powered chatbot development and automation services that integrate with Meta's Instagram Webhook API. These services allow your Instagram Business Account to:

• Automatically respond to messages
• Qualify leads through AI conversation flows
• Route conversations to human agents
• Track engagement for business purposes

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Own or have authorization to manage the Instagram Business Account you connect
• Have an active Facebook Business Manager account with required permissions

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing access credentials (Instagram, Facebook Page, or API tokens) as needed for setup
• Ensuring your use of chatbots complies with Meta's platform policies
• Maintaining appropriate privacy policies for your end users
• Notifying us if access tokens expire or accounts are deactivated

You may not use our service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Automate misleading or deceptive content
• Violate Meta's or any other applicable platform's terms

4. Data Usage

We do not store your end users' messages unless explicitly requested by you for analytics or customer support. All data processed through our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using our services.

You are the controller of the data coming through your chatbot. Futureman Labs acts only as a processor on your behalf.

5. Billing and Payment

• Setup fees and subscription pricing are agreed upon before service delivery
• Invoices are sent monthly or according to the agreed billing cycle
• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice unless stated otherwise
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services

6. Service Limitations and Downtime

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by:

• Meta API changes or outages
• Third-party integrations
• Your own system errors or misconfiguration

7. Intellectual Property

All code, tools, and workflows created by Futureman Labs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them as long as your subscription is active.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 7 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or use the service for harmful or illegal purposes.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to chatbot functionality managed by Futureman Labs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futureman Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of data, business interruption, or revenue—arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Taiwan or California]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Location].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
