What is the difference between Capstone and the retainer?

Capstone is a six-week cohort where you finish one half-built system yourself, run by Cohort HQ and sold at capstonecohort.com. The embedded AI operator retainer is $10,000 USD per month for businesses that want one technical person inside the business building and running the systems for them.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

Accepted Answer

No. We build around Xero, your CRM, Airtable, Shopify, Google Workspace and WhatsApp, and replace only the part that is holding you back. Most engagements start by connecting what you already have.

Will AI write to my systems without a human checking?

Accepted Answer

Not by default. Every system we ship drafts, then a person approves before anything writes to your CRM, accounting or inventory. Automation removes the typing; judgment stays with your team.
