• Meta Platforms, Inc. – as part of the Instagram Webhook integration
• Our Clients – business accounts using our service may access insights or logs from their chatbot interactions
• Service Providers – if we use infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud platforms), they may process limited information on our behalf under strict privacy controls

We do not share data with third parties for advertising or monetization purposes.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We do not store Instagram message content by default. If our client requests message logs or conversation data retention, we only store it securely for the duration necessary and under data processing agreements.

If you have interacted with a business account managed by Futureman Labs and wish to request deletion or correction of your data, please contact that business directly. They are the data controller for conversations on their account.
